Indian Fruit Salad.

Ingredients:


3 medium bananas -- peeled and sliced (set aside 1 sliced banana for sauce)

2 medium oranges -- peeled and section

4 ounces red or green seedless grapes -- halved

3 medium kiwi -- peeled and sliced

1 medium grated peel and juice of 1 lime

1 medium orange -- juice of

1/4 Cup sugar

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place slices of 2 bananas, oranges, grapes and kiwi in a bowl and mix gently. In a blender, process until smooth, slices of 1 banana, orange juice, lime juice and sugar. Add lime peel and pepper to sauce, and pour over fruit. Mix gently. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. This is excellent served with yogurt.
