Ingredients:


10 whole black peppercorns

1 piece whole cinnamon stick -- (2 inch)

1 teaspoon whole fenugreek seeds -- see note

1/2 teaspoon whole allspice

10 whole cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 

Preparation / Directions:


In your blender grind the whole spices together. Add the powdered spices. Store in an air-tight container in a dry place. NOTE : A good place to find fenugreek seeds is a health food store.
