Preparation / Directions:MIX the cornstarch, sugar and enough water to obtain a thick batter. Peel the banana and apple and scoop out even sized balls.
Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the fruits in the batter and deep fry until light brown.
Heat the condensed milk and cool it. Mix in the fresh cream and peach schnapps.
Line a glass bowl with banana leaf triangles and pour the condensed milk mixture into it. Put the deep fried fruit balls in it. Garnish with plum
slices.
