Pandan Coconut Balls

Ingredients:


10 pieces Weetbix/ Weetabix biscuits

500 grams Desiccated Coconut

1 can condensed milk

2 teaspoon Pandan sesoning

1 package Chocolate hail/ flakes

10 pieces Weetbix/ Weetabix biscuits

500 grams Desiccated Coconut

1 can condensed milk

2 teaspoon Pandan sesoning

1 piece Chocolate hail/ flakes
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Crumbed all the weetbix in a mixing bowl 2. Toast dessicated coconut in a pan with no oil until fragrant 3. mix the toasted dessicated coconut with crumbed weetbix 4. mix pandan seasoning with condensed milk 5. combine the mix of dessicated coconut and crumbed weetbix and Pandan condensed milk 6. shape it in to a ball size Decoration: 1. Put chocolate hail in a glad plastic bag or a big tupper ware 2. Put the ball inside the chocolate hail mixture, shake it and remove it from the plastic bag or a tupperware after the chocolate hail stick in to the ball and evenly garnished.
