White Chocolate Liquor Ice Cream

Ingredients:


3 cups table cream

4 large egg yolks

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup icing sugar -- (powdered sugar)

50 milliliters godet white chocolate liquor
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat table cream on low heat. White cream is heating, Beat eggs. Beat in both sugars. Add egg/sugar mix to cream. Increase heat to medium. Heat just short of boiling, while stirring. Cool. Add White Chocolate Liquor. Freeze.
