Neapolitan Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:


1 crust prepared 9-inch chocolate wafer crust

1 pint chocolate ice cream

1 pint strawberry ice cream

1 pint vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup shredded coconut -- toasted
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Place chocolate ice cream in bottom of wafer crust; chill until firm. 2. Spread strawberry ice cream over chocolate layer; chill until firm. 3. Top with vanilla ice cream; sprinkle top with toasted coconut. Chill until firm.
