My Favorite Ice Cream - B and B

Ingredients:


7 large eggs

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 medium ripe bananas -- mashed

1/2 cup light karo syrup

1 cup pecan pieces

1 pint whipping cream

2 tablespoons vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat egg yolks and whites separately. Yolks should look white. Whites should be very stiff. Add half of sugar to yolks and beat. Add half of sugar to whites and beat. Combine egg mixtures. Add Karo syrup , whipping cream, salt and vanilla. Pour into freezer. Add milk to fill freezer. Turn freezer until starts to freeze. Add bananas and nuts. Finish freezing. Let set one hour.
