Maple Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients:


12 ounces evaporated skim milk

1 package unflavored gelatin

3/4 cup sugar

5 1/2 cups chopped pecans

12 ounces jim beam pancake syrup

8 ounces plain lowfat yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat milk and gelatin in a saucepan until gelatin dissolves, stirring often. Set aside ice and salt. Combine balance of ingredients and pour into ice cream maker. Follow manufacturers directions. Pack into containers and freeze. For the best flavor, let ice cream soften before serving.
