Ice Cream Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:


1 can solid-pack pumpkin -- (16 oz.)

1 can sweetened condensed milk -- (14 oz.)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 pint butter pecan ice cream -- softened

1 pieces graham cracker crust -- (10 inch)

1 cup whip cream and nuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Beat well. Stir in ice cream. Spoon into crust. Freeze for 5 hours or until firm. Let pie stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with whip cream and nuts.
