Ice Cream Fruit Salad

Ingredients:


8 large egg yolks

2 tablespoons vinegar

8 tablespoons sugar

1 pound marshmallows

1 can crushed pineapple

1 jar cherries

1 cup pecan nuts - chopped

1 quart cream -- whipped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix egg yolks, vinegar and sugar. Cook over slow fire, stir while cooking. Set off to cool. Cut marshmallows fine, add cherries and pineapple, using cherry juice. Let stand on-half hour. Add cooked egg yolks, vinegar, sugar, nuts and whipped cream. Stir well, put in pans to freeze.
