Ginger Peachy Cranberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:


1/2 teaspoon ginger

1 pound peaches

3 teaspoons lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1 cup cranberry sauce

2 ounces light corn syrup

1 1/2 cups non-dairy whipped topping
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine 1 LB sliced peaches, 1 TBL lemon juice, 1/4 CUP light corn syrup, 1/2 TSP ginger, and 1/4 TSP almond extract in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Fold in 12 OZS non-dairy whipped topping and 8 OZS cranberry sauce. Freeze, covered, for 2 hours.
