Frozen Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:


2 medium ripe bananas -- (but not overripe),

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup other frozen fruit -- (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries -- etc.)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Peel bananas, slice or break into 1" rounds, and freeze 8 hours or overnight. Place in blender with a little water and blend at high speed until smooth. Add raspberries or blueberries, etc., and blend. ADDITIONS You can use a tablespoon or two of undiluted, frozen fruit juice (this will make it a little sweeter). Or add chocolate chips or chocolate syrup (less wholesome but oh so yummy!)
