Ingredients:


2 quarts milk

1 tablespoon flour

1 quart apricots

2 cups sugar

1 cup hot water

1 cup grated pineapple

2 medium oranges
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil sugar and water 5 minutes. Add pineapple, apricots (cut fine) with juice, and pulp and juice of oranges. Scald milk , add flour moistened with 2 tbs. milk and cook 2 minutes. Blend with the fruit mixture cool and freeze.
