christmas quiche

Sage flavored italian sausage, sicilian marinated olive, caramalized sweet onion and aged sharp qouda cheese quiche
 

Ingredients:


1/2 pound sage flavored italian saugage

6 ounces sicillian marinated olives

1 large sweet vidalia onion

4 ounces grated aged sharp gouda cheese

5 large eggs

3/4 cup heavy cream

2 crust pre made pasty shells
 

Preparation / Directions:


bake your pastry shells on 375 for 10 mins. In the mean time...get your eggs and whip them real good. Add some plain salt and pepper...about a pinch of each. Blend in your heavy cream and put that all in the fridge for a minute. Now...prepare a pan for the sausage. Heat one minute on medium. Throw the sausage on and brown for as long as it is done. Dont drain the grease because we are gonna use that for the onions. Take the sausage out and keep the pan hot. Throw the onions in and saute for as long as they are caramalized. Remove onions from grease and drain. Place onions in sausage and add olives and cheese. Now..take egg mixture and add sausage mixture. Pour all off that into the shells and bake for atleast 50 minutes. Depending on your oven. Enjoy
