Potatoes And Ham With Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons butter

4 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

2 cups milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 cups cooked diced potatoes

1 cup diced ham
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cheese Sauce: Melt butter in skillet; blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk slowly; cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. 2. Casserole: Preheat oven to 375ΓΈ. Layer potatoes and ham in greased baking dish; pour cheese sauce over top. Bake 40 minutes.
