Potato And Ham Chower

Ingredients:


1 package scalloped potates -- 5 oz.

1 cup ham -- diced

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup celery -- chopped

1 medium onion -- chopped

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 cups half and half

1/3 cup flour
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix potatoes, sauce mix, ham, broth,celery,onion and pepper in 3 1/2 to 4 quart Crock-Pot slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 7 hours. Mix half and half with flour. Gradually stir half and half mixure into the chowder until well blended. Cover and cook on low heat setting 1 hour longer, stirring occasionally, until thickened and vegetables are tender.
