Cafe Kula Grilled Tofu

Ingredients:


1 pound tofu -- firm

1/4 cup mirin

1/4 cup tamari

1 teaspoon ginger -- fresh, minced

1 dash pepper -- cayenne
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut tofu lengthwise into 4 "filets". Mix together mirin, tamari, ginger and cayenne. Marinate tofu in mixture for at least one hour or overnight. Grill tofu over hot coals until heated through and lightly browned.
