The Forester Sister's Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients:


1 pound flank steak

1 can consomme -- (10 ounces)

1 cup red wine

2/3 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons brown sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Trim fat from steak; score in 1 1/2" squares on both sides. Place in large shallow dish. Combine consommé, wine, soy sauce, green onions, garlic, lime juice, and brown sugar in bowl; mix well. Pour over steak. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 8 hour
