Ingredients:


4 fillets eye of round steaks

1 can crushed pineapple -- (in heavy syrup)

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

1 cup vermouth -- (sweet or dry)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut steaks into bite-size pieces; mix the rest of the ingredients together well, then add meat to mixture in a bowl deep enough to cover all the meat. Marinate meat, preferably overnight (up to 24 hours). When ready to grill, place about 4 pieces of meat on as many bamboo skewers as needed. Charcoal grill to taste. The meat will be tender and delicious. You can also use as shish kabob with vegetables of your choice.
