Ingredients:


-----marinade-----

1 1/2 cups orange juice

2 tablespoons soy or teriyake sauce

1 tablespoon vietnamese garlic-chili sauc

-----sauce-----

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons american style -- (e.g., heinz) the marinade to thin the
 

Preparation / Directions:


Marinade: Mix the above ingredients and let the meat soak for several hours or overnite Sauce: Combine the above ingredients and brush on the meat while it grills. Add mo marinade if necessary to thin the sauce. We had oven-roasted herb potatoes, fresh asparagus sprinkled with soy sauce and sesame seeds, and steamed grated carrots with lemon butter and sprinkle with scallions and parsley. We drank a glass of Carneros Creek Chardonnay with it
