Papaya-Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients:


1 large papaya -- peeled, seeded, -- coarsely chopped

4 medium tomatillos -- husked, -- coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons finely-diced red onion

1 tablespoon minced jalapeno

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/4 cup cilantro coarsely-chopped

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:
