Ingredients:

3 pound fresh turkey breast - -- (about 3 lbs)

---marinade---

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons catsup

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 clove garlic -- minced

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

---herb butter---

1/4 cup melted butter

3/4 teaspoon thyme -- crushed

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

1/8 teaspoon paprika

2 cloves garlic -- minced

Preparation / Directions:

Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate turkey breast in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, turning occasionally. Grill over hot coals and hickory chips until a meat thermometer reaches 170F(or approximately 20 minutes per pound at 350F). Baste turkey while grilling. Remove lid for the last 10 to 20 minutes so that meat will brown. For herb butter, combine all ingredients and set aside. Slice turkey, brush with herb butter if desired, and pass with additional herb butter. Comments: Try this and you'll be cooking turkey more often than just at Thanksgiving. The marinade is equally good on seafood and beef steaks. Recipe Source: ABOVE and BEYOND PARSLEY by The Junior League of Kansas City, M
