Grilled Plantains

Ingredients:


2 large plantains

1 teaspoon cayenne to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut plantains into fourths crosswise, then slice lengthwise to form rectangular pieces about 1/4" thick and about 2" long. Sprinkle with cayenne and grill for about 6 minutes, or until just tender. "Vegetarian Times" December, 1993
