Grilled Chicken With Tandoori Spices

Ingredients:


1 medium chicken -- broiler, cut up

1/2 teaspoon cumin -- ground

3/4 cup plain yogurt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon -- ground

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon coriander -- ground

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon turmeric -- ground

1 clove garlic

1/4 teaspoon cardamom -- ground

1 1/2 teaspoons ginger -- minced

1 dash nutmeg -- ground

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Wash and dry the chicken pieces. Place the pieces in a glass bowl. Mix all the remaining ingredients together. Pour this marinade over the chicken. Let stand for 6 hours. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Grill using indirect method, turning occasionally, internal temperature is 160F.
