Grilled Chicken Satay

Ingredients:


3 whole boned and skinned chicken breasts

---MARINADE---

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 cup peanut oil

2 tablespoons ginger root -- chopped

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon chili powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cut chicken breasts into strips. 2. Combine marinade ingredient and add to chicken; marinate 2 hours or overnight. 3. Thread chicken on presoaked bamboo skewers and grill over medium heat until cooked thoroughly. 4. Serve with your favorite peanut sauce. [see "Indonesian and Thai Satay" recipe collection]
