Grilled Garlic Potatoes

|8 cloves garlic
|2 bunches Fresh parsley sprigs
|2 bunches Fresh rosemary sprigs
|2 Tablespoons olive oil
|2 Tablespoons butter
|1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
