1 medium vegetables
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 medium onions
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon tamari sauce
1 tablespoon cajun spices
1 can tomato sauce
1 can broth
1 tablespoon corn starch

Preparation / Directions:

Brown sliced peppers (yellow and red) and carrots in the hot pan. Add spices at each level of cooking. After the vegetables are cooked, add 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup of tamari and cooked that down. Add broth, tomato sauce and corn starch... and more spices, also add onions and garlic at the same time as the vinegar and tamari.
