Wild Rice Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:


1 cup wild rice -- cooked

1 medium apple -- chopped

1 cup seedless grapes

1 cup chopped celery

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon plain lowfat yogurt

2 tablespoons chopped dry roasted peanuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except nuts in a bowl. Toss to mix. Cover and chill thoroughly, about 3 to 4 hours. Sprinkle the nuts on top just before serving.
