Strawberry-Pineapple Freeze

Ingredients:


21 ounces strawberry pie filling

15 1/4 ounces unsweetened crushed pineapple -- drained

14 ounces low-fat sweetened condensed milk

8 ounces frozen fat-free whipped topping -- thawed

1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut -- toasted
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 4 ingredients, stir well. Spoon into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish; cover. Freeze at least 6 hours. Cut into squares; sprinkle each serving with 1 teaspoon coconut.
