Preparation / Directions:
2 or more hours before serving... Cream Cheese Mixture. In mixing bowl with mixer, combine cream cheese, 1/2 pint whipping cream, 1/4c of sugar, and 1/2c of strawberries. Start mixer on low and increase speed slowly. Mix until stiff . Strawberries Mix in remaining 1/4c sugar with strawberries Place cheese mixture and strawberries in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Prior to serving... place cookies into 4 dessert cups. Cover with a thin layer of strawberries, a layer of cream cheese mixture, then smother with remaining strawberries. Pour remaining liqueur over top. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs and serve.
