Rhubarb Dessert Saute

Ingredients:


1/2 package frozen cut rhubarb

1 cup sliced strawberries

1/2 cup orange juice

3 tablespoons sugar

1 Cup vanilla yogurt

1 Cup toasted slivered almonds
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large skillet, combine rhubarb, strawberries, orange juice, add sugar. Saute over hi-heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Let cool. To serve, spoon into dessert dishes. Top w/ vanilla yogurt and toasted slivered almonds. Approximately 8 minutes.
