2 pounds pitted black olive

2 cups orange zest

1 cup lemon zest

3/4 cup fresh lemon juice

4 teaspoons fennel seed

4 cloves garlic
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a clean glass jar marinate overnight at room temperature may be stored covered in refrigerator for up to 6 months serve chilled or at room temperature
