Maple Banana Cream Topping

Ingredients:


1/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt

1 medium ripe banana -- sliced

2 tablespoons maple or maple flavored syrup

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


In blender container, or food processor bowl, with metal blade, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into jar or plastic container and refrigerate until serving time.
