Preparation / Directions:1. Combine honey, lime rind, lime juice, and, if desired, red pepper in a medium bowl; stir well. Add cubed mango and raspberries, and toss gently to coat. Divide mixture evenly among 4 dessert dishes or stemmed glasses. Garnish with lime rind curls, if desired.
Note: Substitute 2 cups of mixed berries for the mango and raspberries, if desired.
