Ingredients:


---MELON BERRY SOUP---

1 cup strawberries

2 cup chilled melons

1 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 Cup plain yogurt

1 bunch mint leaves

---TROPICAL FRUIT SOUP---

1 medium cantaloupe

1 medium mango

1 medium orange

1/2 cup chunked pineapple

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melon Berry Soup: Halve and seed melons. Scoop out fruit. Reserve shells. Slice off bottom of each shell so it sits flat. Put melon and 1 cup berries into food processor. Puree until smooth. Season with lime juice and nutmeg. Pour into melon shells or =D2bowls" to serve. Garnish with a swirl or yogurt and mint leaves. Approximately 5-7 minutes. Tropical Fruit Soup: In food processor, puree melon, mango, orange, pineapple, orange and lemon zest until smooth. Serve in mugs, melon bowls, or soup plates. Approximately 5-7 minutes.
