Bananas: Place banana, with skin intact, on a hot grill. Cook 15-20 minutes, split open skin, and sprinkle banana with lemon juice, or orange juice, and cinnamon. Eat right out of the skin. 1/2 a banana is equal to 1 fruit exchange. Want the whole thing, eliminate a fruit at another meal. Don't do this often though. Try to stay with you meal exchange listing for the day but it's O.K. once in a while. Apples: core a medium apple and fill with 2 teaspoons raisins, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup. Wrap apple in foil and place on the edge of the grill. Cook about 35-45 minu
