Cranberry Nut Rugelach

Ingredients:


1 cup butter

8 ounces cream cheese

2 1/2 tablespoons honey

2 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups walnuts -- finely chopped

1 1/2 cups cranberries -- finely chopped

3/4 cup honey

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 1/2 tablespoons sugar

3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat butter and cream cheese 30 seconds. Beat in 2 T honey and flour. Divide dough into four parts. Chill 2hours. Filling: Stir together cranberries, nuts, 1/4 C honey, 1 T sugar and 1 t cinnamon. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray generouslyw ith Pam. Roll each fourth of dough into 9" circle. Spread 1/4 filling to within 1/2" of circle edge. Lightly press filling into dough. Cut into 12 wedges. Starting from wide end, roll up. Place rolls, point side down, on sheet. Brush with milk; sprinkle with 2T sugar mixed with 1/2 t cinnamon. Bake at 350 15-18 min. or till golden.
