Ingredients:


1 can whole cranberry sauce

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 tablespoon grated orange rind

1 pint whipped cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put cranberry sauce into blender. Add almond extract and grated orange rind. When blended, fold gently into whipped cream. Serve in sherbet glasses.
