1 cup nuts -- (walnuts, pecans, almonds or a combo)

5 medium apples -- peeled and cored

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

3 tablespoons sweet kp red wine

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 dash ground ginger
 

Preparation / Directions:


Chop nuts and applies medium-fine. Add remaining ingredients; taste and adjust seasonings.
