Candied Strawberries

Ingredients:


1 cup coconut

1 cup ground nuts

2 packages strawberry flavor gelatin -- (3 oz.)

3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix ingredients thoroughly. Chill 1 hour. Shape into strawberries, roll in candied red sugar. Insert tinted green slivers of almond for stem (shake in a jar with a few drops of green food coloring). May be frozen.
