Ingredients:


1 pound green olive

2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

4 ounces white pearl onions

2 teaspoon fresh tarragon

2 teaspoon parsley

1 teaspoon kosher salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a glass jar salt to taste cover and shake well allow to marinate at room temperature for 12 hours, shaking often store covered in refrigerator for up to 6 months, shaking every 2-3 weeks serve chilled or at room temperature
