Blueberry Fool

Ingredients:


4 cups bread -- diced

1/2 cup sugar

3 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup milk

4 cups fresh or dry-pack frozen blueberries -- rinsed and drained

1 Cup whipped cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Fry bread in butter until golden brown and crisp on all sides. 2. Crush blueberries with a fork in a bowl; add bread and sugar and blend. 3. Stir in milk. 4. Spoon into individual serving dishes; chill. 5. Serve with whipped cream.
