Pineapple Fruit Salad Dressing

Ingredients:


2 teaspoons flour

1/2 cup superfine sugar

2 large egg

1 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 cup cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


whisk flour and sugar into eggs heat pineapple and lemon juice in a saucepan, over a low flame combine heated juice and egg mixture in the top of a double-boiler set over, not in hot water heat and stir for 3-5 minutes, until thickened cover and chill thoroughly fold in whipped cream just before serving serve slightly chilled
