Ingredients:


1 large egg white

3/4 pound powdered sugar

4 drops fresh lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


With a palette knife, beat sugar into egg white, 1 tablespoon at a time add lemon juice for strength and brightness adjust consistency with water or additional sugar as necessary use at room temperature
