Preparation / Directions:In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chocolate with milk and salt. Cook stirring until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in water; cool. Stir in vanilla. Use to frost a two layer cake or one 13 x 9 cake. Store at room temperature.
