Chocolate Frosting 1

Ingredients:


1/3 cup Margarine or butter -- softene

2 Ounces unsweetened chocolate -- Melted and cooled

2 cups Powdered sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla

2 tablespoons Milk -- about
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix margarine and chocolate in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar. Beat in vanilla and milk until smooth and of spreading consistency. Frosts a 13 X 9 inch cake or fills and frosts two 8- or 9-inch cake layers. Note: To frost three 8-inch layers, use 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened, 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled, 3 cups powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and about 3 tablespoons milk.
