Ingredients:


2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

1 cup milk

1/2 cup clam juice

2 large egg

24 pieces clam
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and white pepper combine with milk, clam juice or liquor, and eggs in a food processor process to blend very well stir in clams heat a griddle to 350 degrees drop batter by teaspoonsful onto griddle and brown well on both sides serve hot
