Ingredients:


4 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

2 tablespoons tomato sauce

4 small pork sausages -- cooked
 

Preparation / Directions:


Butter a pie dish. Break eggs in dish. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Arrange tomato sauce and sausages between yolks. Continue baking for 5 minutes. Serve hot in baking dish. Recipe Source: THE ART OF FRENCH COOKING by Fernande Garvin
