MONIQUE'S Fondue

Ingredients:


1/4 cup Cognac

1 cup Dry white wine

3 tablespoons Calverts cedar street -- Chive mustard

1 tablespoons Lemon juice (fresh)

1 teaspoon Oregano -- crushed

2 Clove garlic

8 ounces Emmenthaler -- shredded

4 ounces Gruyere -- shredded

1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

1 piece Fresh french bread -- cubed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place first six ingredients in fondue pot over medium heat. Gradually add cheeses while stirring. Add pepper and keep warm on low heat. Spear bread cubes with fondue fork and dip in cheese mixture.
