Swedish Baked Shellfish

Ingredients:


1 cup bay shrimp

1 cup crabmeat

1/4 cup diced pimiento

1/2 cup green bell pepper

1 cup onion

6 large egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1 cup sourdough breadcrumbs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients-mix well shape into a loaf and place into a greased loaf pan set into a baking or roasting pan pour hot water into baking or roasting pan, around loaf pan to a depth of 1-1/2 inches bake @ 350 for 30 minutes serve hot, with an accompanying cheese or white sauce
